Clean good. Breakfast.
Too far away from anywhere to eat or have any evening entertainment metro all up hill and 800 meters away as a disabled traveler the worst place we could have been sent our. Wowcher. Deal to a so called. Four star. Hotel turned out to be very. Costly and not pleasant at all had we known a taxi one way to centre. Was ten English. Pounds we could have been in a. Proper hotel in the centre far cheaper.
Hotel staff was very friendly, useful and effective. Location is good: a few minutes' walk to the Kobylisy metro station. Breakfast was more than acceptable. The bed was rather comfortable. Rooms don't have wifi, but wired internet was fast. Fine price/quality ratio.
The hotel description on Booked.net is slightly deceiving, including the pictures. Probably the best photographer was employed to make those photos. The text, the pictures (and the original -- crossed out -- price) suggest Hotel Aida is a spacious, upbeat city hotel. In reality it resembles more like a dorm, with surprisingly small single rooms and a tiny, crowded bathroom. Walls are thin. The furniture might look modern in the photos, but actually it is rather simple, too. Guarded parking is eur 10, and the parking lot is very small, so getting in and out needs a lot of driving skills and manouvering. Don't get me wrong: all in all the price/quality ratio is still fine, but you expect even more by the description and the pictures.
The hotel is relatively close to the subway station. Has a very good price and one more positive thing is that from this neighbourhood there is a really nice view to the city.
This place is not a 4 star hotel, bearly even a 3 star. Staff was unfriendly. The room was not in good shape, with multiple dents and scratches on the paint. Furniture was also damaged. Internet patch cord was 25 cm long so your laptop needs to be near the wall to plug in. It is in the outscirts of Prague. I would nor recomend it since you can get much better 3 star deals.
Very nice hotel, close to a metro and tram stations. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.
There isn't an elevator
In general the hotel is good, it is new and look attractive. It also has a view on the city but you can really enjoy it only from the rooms on the 4th flour (there is no lift in the hotel)
It does not match 4 stars hotel standards at all! It is a normal 2 stars hotel. The stuff could be more friendly. I dont know why but they were very angry. There were also no indicators of the hotel in the district, so it is hard to find it for the first time without asking local people. They also turn off hot water after midnight so if you want to check the night life of Prague you will go to bed without taking a shower :)
clean room and suggestible hotel
Quiet street in an acceptable district, 5 min to the underground. Free city map (not just advertising but useful). Free bottle of wine (good producer) and very cheap drinks in the fridge.
The hotel absolutely does not correspond to a 4-star-hotel and the pictures does not correspond to reality (we saw many rooms). The rooms are small, look a bit shabby and all the equipment is very cheap (bathroom, fridge, TV, furniture etc.). Similarly, at the breakfast, you get cheap and not very attractive versions of bread, tea etc.
Good and quiet location
We reserved room for three adults, but when we arrived we got room with two regular beds and one extra unconfortable folding-bed. Rooms are too small for three persons, but fair for two persons. We were told by receptionist they do not have rooms for three adults with three regular beds, only the ones they gave us.
The location is a way out of the city but the local trnsport is very handy and easily accessable. The staff were very helpful and extremely polite and spoke english well, which was an added bonus.
The lack of a lift. As we were staying on the third floor the carrying of bags was not easy
Simple, clean, free wifi, nice staff
